HealthRIGHT360’s mission is to give hope, build health, and change lives for people in need by providing compassionate, integrated services. HR360’s integrated care includes primary medical, mental health, and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment for adults and young people. Our commitment to providing evidence-based, culturally competent, gender-responsive, holistic, and trauma-informed services is the cornerstone of our approach. Formed in 2011 from the merger of two predecessor agencies, Haight Ashbury Free Clinics (founded 1967) and Walden House (founded 1969), for nearly 50 years HR360 has designed and managed innovative, comprehensive, high quality programs to meet the complex and diverse needs of the most vulnerable members of our communities. Now one of the largest nonprofit social service providers in California, in 2013 HR360 operated 45 programs serving 23,911 people, most of whom live with complex challenges. HealthRIGHT360’s FQHC clinics – we operate 4 clinics in San Francisco - Haight Ashbury Medical Clinics and Integrated Care Center, Lyon –Martin Health Services, and Glide Health Services.
