Agenda for all mentorship meetings (for fellows)

  • Think of any administrative questions you might have
  • Ask questions and/or give updates about individual project
  • Brainstorm about career development

 

 Individual Supervision Agenda (for Mentors)

  • Brief check-in about overall well-being (5 min)
  • Set agenda (2 min)
  • Project updates (majority of time)
  • If time: Modeling admin challenges and advise on how to leverage resources
  • Upcoming meetings/events the fellow could attend (2 min)
  • Action items for next meeting (5 min)

 

Group Supervision Agenda (for Medical Directors)

  • Brief check-in about overall well-being (5 min)
  • Set agenda (2 min)
  • Administrative mentoring (majority of time)
    • Teach fellows about their system of care
    • Specifics about what a Medical Director does day-to-day
    • Discuss high-priority County projects
  • Action items for next meeting (5 min)
